The story is good, it starts as a "wholesome" manhwa, and continues like that until the end.
I google translated it because i originally wrote in Portuguese so i didn't want to manually translate everything

Narrative/Plot:
In Leveling Up, by Only Eating!, we see the story of Kang Minhyuk, who suffers from a eating disorder and is trying to lose weight and overcome the disease.
The protagonist, after a hydrotherapy session, suffers a drop in blood pressure and is taken to a hospital. This leads him to realize that he needs to lose weight faster because his condition is deteriorating, which leads him to test a new alternative through a VRMMO.
The story has a nice pacing, I think the manhwa got a little longer, there were some chapters where it was practically just the protagonist earning rewards from the system. The villains weren't very strong, they would die in about 4 episodes if they were against the protagonist, the only villain who really managed to make the protagonist feel despair was the last enemy, but that makes sense because this manhwa is more like a detox from manwhas with a lot of violence/revenge.

Art/Design:
The art uses vibrant colors (obviously, it's a manhwa), they use a lot of 3D models for scenarios and a little less for monsters, as it was a weekly manhwa this was expected.
The clothing design is kind of generic but they are nice.

World-building:
The monsters are kind of generic Dragons, wyverns, wolves, demons but there are also creatures that have a pretty cool design like the king and subjects of the Dragon Palace who are creatures from Asian mythology.
The weapons are creative, the protagonist uses kitchen utensils as weapons, he has a pan that can grow and be used as a shield, a grinder that attracts lightning, the rest of the characters use generic but nice weapons.
The Skills are pretty forgettable because the protagonist practically gets one every 5 chapters (or less), some that are creative like the one where he can create a shield if he says it's time to eat, the ability where he can create a recipe for a specific person, the one where he can track an ingredient, basically the skills related to his Food God class, otherwise the skills are pretty generic.
They never explain how VRMMO works because it's the only thing that's very futuristic, the characters can feel cold and taste food in VRMMO, but the world of the manhwa doesn't seem to be that far from 2025.

Character development:
In addition to his physical appearance, he changes a little. He can control his hunger better and starts to share more with others. But the biggest difference is that in the end he has many more friends and becomes a more confident and sociable person again.
