HIDIVE, Shudder Start Streaming 1985 Vampire Hunter D OVA on Friday

HIDIVE, Shudder, Iconic Events Releasing, and and Anime Expo's AX Cinema Nights program screened the OVA in over 600 theaters in the United States and Canada on April 9, 10, and 13 earlier this year to celebrate the anime's 40th anniversary. AX Cinema Nights describes the film:The Vampire Hunter D debuted in Japan in December 1985. Sentai Filmworks has the license to the film, and last released it on Blu-ray Disc in 2022.Source: Press release
