The Fragrant Flower Blooms With Dignity TV Anime's Promo Video Reveals Theme Songs, July 5 Debut (Updated)

The staff for the television anime of Saka Mikami's The Fragrant Flower Blooms With Dignity (Kaoru Hana wa Rin to Saku) manga began streaming on Friday a new promotional video, and it reveals the opening theme song "Manazashi wa Hikari" (The Gaze is a Light) by Tatsuya Kitani, the ending theme song "Hare no Hi ni" (On This Sunny Day) by UshioReira, and the July 5 debut. Update: Netflix has announced it will stream the anime this year, and revealed a visual and an English-subtitled trailer. The anime premieres on Tokyo MX, Tochigi TV, Gunma TV, and BS 11 on July 5 at 24:30 JST (effectively, July 6). The anime will stream on Netflix in Japan starting on July 6.The anime stars:Miyuki Kuroki (Her Blue Sky film, The Idolm@ster SideM) is directing the anime at CloverWorks, and Satoshi Yamaguchi (The IDOLM@STER, DARLING in the FRANXX animation director) is the associate director. Rino Yamazaki (Akebi's Sailor Uniform, UniteUp!) is in charge of series scripts, Haruka Tsuzuki (UniteUp!, Saekano the Movie finale key animation) is the series technical director.
