'Pass the Monster Meat, Milady!' Anime's Teaser Video Reveals Full Staff, Ending Theme Artist
The official website for the television anime of Kanata Hoshi's Pass the Monster Meat, Milady! (Akujiki Reijō to Kyōketsu Kōshaku: Sono Mamono, Watashi ga Oishiku Itadakimasu!) light novel series revealed a teaser video for the series on Friday, along with the full staff. The website also revealed a teaser visual.Additionally, the website revealed that Shunichi Toki will perform the ending theme song "Kibō Kōdo."Mutsumi Takeda (B-PROJECT Passion*Love Call) is directing the anime at Asahi Production. Keiichirō Ōchi (The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten, The Quintessential Quintuplets) is overseeing the series scripts, and Masato Kato (Peach Boy Riverside, Giant Beasts of Ars) is the character designer. Takaaki Nakahashi (Peach Boy Riverside, The Too-Perfect Saint: Tossed Aside by My Fiancé and Sold To Another Kingdom) is composing the music at Nichion.Additional staff members include: The anime was previously slated for April, but will now debut in October. The anime will air on the TBS and BS11 channels.Kanna Nakamura plays Melphiera Marchalrayd, while Taito Ban plays Aristide of Galbraith. Idol group AVAM will perform the opening theme song "Sugary Story."Kodansha USA Publishing releases the light novels' manga adaptation by Chika Mizube in print. Kodansha's K MANGA service simultaneously releases the manga digitally and describes the story: Hoshi launched the story on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website in 2019. Kodansha published the first light novel volume with illustrations by Peperon in April 2021, and the third volume in April 2023.Mizube launched the manga adaptation in pixiv's "Palcy" manga app in 2021.
