Too Kyo Games, DMM's Shuten Order Game Launches on September 5
The official website for game writer Kazutaka Kodaka's Too Kyo Games company and DMM Games' EXNOA's Shuten Order (Shuten Kyodan) video game revealed on Thursday the game's first trailer video and September 5 release for Nintendo Switch via Nintendo eShop, and PC via Steam and DMM GAME PLAYER. Pre-order for the game has also started on Thursday. The game will also release in English on September 5 on Switch and Steam. A digital deluxe version is available, and the pre-order bonus (for Switch only) is an original prequel novel titled Before the Murders case : Manji Fushicho supervised by Kodaka.Too Kyo Games and DMM Games describes the game's story: Kodaka, Takumi Nakazawa (Ever 17 - The Out of Infinity, Root Double -Before Crime * After Days-), and Takekuni Kitayama (Master Detective Archives: RAIN CODE, Danganronpa Kirigiri) are writing the game's story. simadoriru (Master Detective Archives: RAIN CODE, The Hundred Line -Last Defense Academy-) is drawing the illustrations, and Masafumi Takada (Danganronpa series, Master Detective Archives: RAIN CODE, The Hundred Line -Last Defense Academy-) is composing the music.Kodaka is perhaps most famous as the writer for Spike Chunsoft's Danganronpa adventure game series. The game series' latest installment, Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony, shipped in 2017. Kodaka also wrote and supervised the scenario for Danganronpa 3: The End of Hope's Peak High School: Future Arc and Danganronpa 3: The End of Hope's Peak High School: Despair Arc, the 2016 anime series that served as a conclusion to the first two games in the series.Kodaka was the director and scenario writer for Too Kyo Games' Death Come True "live-action movie game." He was also the scenario writer for Spike Chunsoft and Too Kyo Games' Master Detective Archives: RAIN CODE (Enigma Archives Rain Code/Chō Tantei Jikenbo Rain Code) game.He is also credited with the original story concept for Akatsuki and Too Kyo Games' Tribe Nine project, which includes an anime. The official X/Twitter account for the 3D action role-playing game in the project announced on May 15 that the game will end service on November 27.
